After successful negotiations were completed, Lightning Enterprises was awarded the contract to provide lightning protection to all the structures on the prestigious new Admirals Park Development.
The development at Elizabeth Avenue, St Peter Port includes a new 100 bed Premier Inn, a multi storey car park, a substantial office block and a café service area.
Due for completion in December 2021 the development will not only represent a £35 Million private investment but will add a significant new offering to the Guernsey Tourism Industry.
